The undersigned, who has joined or is joining the Finnish Football Players’ Association (Jalkapallon Pelaajayhdistys ry) by this application, gives their consent for the Association to invoice the membership fee for the year 2026 to the account designated by the Association. As a member of the Finnish Football Players’ Association, the undersigned also gives their consent to the Association to use their name and image.
