The study structure and content of UEFA B is built into a package of three classroom periods, one club period and remote periods connecting them. In addition to individual coaching philosophy and holistic coaching, the content takes into account the integration of physical training and the perspective of mental coaching.
This training, which will begin in October, is primarily aimed at former and current top players. Definition of a top player: 3 years and a minimum of 30 matches in Veikkausliiga, Naisten Liiga or men’s Ykkönen division.
Those who pass the new UEFA B training are granted the UEFA B licence for the following three calendar years.
NOTE: There are competence objectives specified for the UEFA B, A and PRO trainings, which the coach must manage at the end of the training. If the objectives are not met, the coach cannot be granted a UEFA coach licence corresponding to the level of training. The level of competence required and competence-based examinations must be completed satisfactorily by the end of the calendar year following the year of the training. Coaches have the option to hire a tutor at their own cost to focus on the required areas of development.
